Shipping
We generally ship within 2-3 business days from the time your order is received. If a shipment will be delayed for any reason, you will be notified upon confirmation of your order. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. If you have a different shipping preference just let us know.
Payment
We use Paypal to process orders. There is also an option to pay using a credit card on the payment page. Paypal is the safest way to buy online and by using Paypal your credit card information does not get passed along to us. It also only allows us to charge the amount for your purchase and nothing more. Paypal accepts all major credit cards. If you have any trouble at all using Paypal please just let us know. Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving them for store credit or exchange. Please send returns accompanied by receipt to: Orange Lola, 25b Wanda Street, Narragansett, RI 02882 Attention:Returns. Shipping isn't refundable. We will issue a UPS or USPS call tag for any merchandise damaged in shipment. Damaged shipments should be reported within 7 days of receipt via phone or e-mail.
